Ingredients

• 2oz Amaretto
• 1oz Lemon Juice
• 1oz Aquafaba
• 2 ‘drops’ of Bitters (optional)

Directions

1. Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously until well chilled.
2. Strain into a glass and serve
