Raw Chocolate


  • 2 cups melted cacao butter
  • 1 cup cacao powder
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lucuma powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla bean powder
  • pinch of salt


  1. Melt cacao butter over a water bath.
  2. Once melted, combine all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until mixture is smooth.
  3. Pour into a pan and freeze.
  4. You can add toppings like nuts, fruits, or anything else you want.
