- 2 cups melted cacao butter
- 1 cup cacao powder
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon lucuma powder
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla bean powder
- pinch of salt
- Melt cacao butter over a water bath.
- Once melted, combine all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until mixture is smooth.
- Pour into a pan and freeze.
- You can add toppings like nuts, fruits, or anything else you want.
