Strawberry and Chocolate Mousse


  • 1 can full fat Coconut milk – just the cream from the can (save the water for your smoothies)
  • 2 cups frozen strawberries
  • 2 tbsp coconut mana
  • 1 tbsp cacao butter (melted)
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice


  1. Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender until well incorporated. Chill for at least 2 hours and then enjoy!
